Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of layer-chain nursing mode on postoperative urination and defecation in patients with hemorrhoid surgery. Methods A total of 56 patients with hemorrhoid surgery admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to September 2019 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into reference group (n=28) and test group (n=28)according to randomized method. The reference group used traditional nursing. The urination, defecation, incidence of adverse reactions and total satisfication were compared between the two groups. Results The time of first urination, first defecation and time consumption of defecation in the test group was shorter than that in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the test group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with hemorrhoid surgery, the management of layer-chain nursing mode can not only improve postoperative urination and defecation, but also reduce postoperative adverse reactions and enhance patient satisfaction.
