Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in perioperative period of subtotal gastrectomy for patients with gastroduodenal ulcer hemorrhage. Methods From January 2014 to may 2019, 120 cases of patients with gastroduodenal ulcer hemorrhage who were received subtotal gastrectomy in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing, the incidence of postoperative complications, gastrointestinal function recovery time, bad mood score, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the recovery time of bowel sounds, the first exhaust time and the first defecation time were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the anxiety and depression score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the scores of each dimension of quality of life and the total satisfaction rate of nursing were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the perioperative period of gastroduodenal ulcer hemorrhage patients undergoing subtotal gastrectomy can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function, alleviate their bad mood, improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
