Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of Pediatric Compound Amino Acid Injection(18AA-Ⅱ)combined with Racecadotril Granules on children with rotavirus enteritis. Methods A total of 150 children with rotavirus enteritis treated in our hospital from March 2017 to January 2018 were selected as study subjects. They were divided into test group(n=75)and control group(n=75)by random number table method. The children in the control group were treated with conventional anti-inflammatory and antiviral and fluid replacement. The test group was treated with 18AA-Ⅱwith Racecadotril Granules on the basis of conventional treatment. The clinical effect, clinical symptom improvement time and serum C-reactive protein(CRP)levels at different periods of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of patients in the test group was 90.67%,higher than that of the control group accounting for 76.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The corrected dehydration time, antidiarrheal time, antipyretic time and vomiting stopping time in the test group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CRP levels of the children in the test group at 24,48,and 72 h after treatments were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 18AA-Ⅱcombined with Racecadotril Granules in children with rotavirus enteritis has a good clinical effect, which can effectively shorten the symptom relief time and enhance the anti-inflammatory effect.
