临产产妇不同部位静脉留置针穿刺的效果比较

摘要目的探讨临产产妇不同部位静脉留置针穿刺的效果，分析手臂静脉留置针穿刺在临产产妇中的应用价值。方法选取2016年3月～2017年1月我院收治的需要实施静脉留置针穿刺给药的370例临产产妇作为研究对象，按照简单随机化法分为观察组（185例）和参照组（185例）。观察组临产产妇给予经前臂静脉留置针穿刺，参照组临产产妇选用经手背静脉留置针穿刺。对比分析两组产妇的一次性穿刺成功率、手部活动状态、输液通畅情况、心理状态及舒适度评分。结果观察组产妇的一次性穿刺成功率、手部活动状态良好率、输液通畅率及经阴道分娩率分别为98.38%、96.76%、98.92及88.65%，均高于参照组的86.49%、82.16%、88.65%及80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组产妇的焦虑和抑郁评分明显低于参照组，舒适度评分远高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论经手臂静脉留置针穿刺相较于经手背静脉留置针穿刺在临产产妇中具有明显的优势，提高了穿刺的成功率和产妇的舒适度，减少了产妇的焦虑感，缓解了医患矛盾，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate comparing the effect of intravenous indwelling needle puncture in different parts of parturient women and to analyze the application value of arm vein indwelling needle puncture in parturient women.Methods370 cases of parturient women who treated in our hospital for the implementation of intravenous indwelling needle puncture drug delivery from March 2016 to January 2017 were selected as research objects.The patients were divided into observation group(185 cases)and reference group(185 cases)according to the simple randomization method.The observation group was given intravenous puncture needle through forearm vein,and the reference group was treated with dorsal vein indwelling needle puncture.The one-time puncture success rate,hand movement status,transfusion patency,psychological status and comfort score of the two groups were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe one-time puncture success rate,hand movement status,transfusion patency and vaginal delivery rate in observation group were respectively 98.38%,96.76%,98.92 and 88.65%,which were respectively 86.49%,82.16%,88.65%and 80.00%in reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The anxiety and depression score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the reference group,the comfort score of the observation group was much higher than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionCompared with dorsal vein indwelling needle puncture,hand vein indwelling needle puncture has obvious advantages in parturient women,which improve the success rate of puncture and maternal comfort,reduce maternal anxiety,ease the contradiction between doctors and patients,and is worth popularizing in clinical.
