Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of nursing intervention in patients with renal failure treated by blood purification.MethodsFrom March 2015 to August 2016,88 patients with renal failure treated by blood purification in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to admission time, they were divided into intervention group(45 cases)and control group (43 cases). In the control group, traditional care was used, while in the experimental group, nursing intervention was adopted. The anxiety, depression score, the effective rate of skin itch remission and satisfaction were compared in the two groups.ResultsBefore intervention, depression and anxiety scores were compared in both groups, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention, the depression scores of patients in the experimental group [(38.59±3.23)points]and the anxiety score [(41.13±3.19)points]were superior to the control group[(47.48±4.21),(51.27±0.21)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of skin itch remission in the experimental group(95.56%)and satisfaction rate(93.33%)were higher than those in the control group(72.09%,67.44%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionEffective nursing intervention improves patient′s therapeutic effect as well as mental state, which is beneficial to better the nurse-patient relationship and improve the satisfaction.
