[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)therapy of reinforcing qi and activat blood in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with myocardial ischemia.Methods A total of 96 patients with coronary heart disease,myocardial ischemia treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the stochastic grouping method,all patients were divided into the control group(48 cases)and observation group (48 cases).Control group was treated by western medicine clinical routine and observation group was treated by western medicine clinical routine and TCM therapy of reinforcing qi and activat blood.The treatment efficiency,ST segment decline frequency and ST segment decline duration were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 85.42%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.92%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of ST segment decline after treatment in the observation group were less than those before treatment,and the duration of ST segment decline were shorter than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of ST segment decline after treatment in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the duration of ST segment decline in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM therapy of reinforcing qi and activat blood has certain clinical effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with myocardial ischemia,can effectively relieve the symptoms of myocardial ischemia.It is worthy of clinical application.
