Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuesaitong and hormone intravenous drip combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of sudden sensorineural hearing loss. Methods A total of 127 patients with sudden sensorineural deafness treated in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2018 were selected as study objects. According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into routine group (63 cases) and experimental group (64 cases). The patients in the routine group were treated with glucocorticoid intravenous drip, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with Xuesaitong combined with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of routine treatment. The pure tone hearing threshold, mixed venous oxygen saturation (SvO2) and treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results The pure tone hearing threshold after treatment in the experimental group was (42.02±11.35) dB HL, which was lower than that in the routine group for (51.05±10.89) dB HL, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The level of SvO2 after treatment in the experimental group was (98.61±1.62)%, which was higher than that in the routine group for (95.34±1.27)%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate after treatment in the experimental group was 95.31%, which was higher than that in the routine group for 84.13%,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss treated with Xuesaitong combined with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of hormone intravenous drip, has significant clinical effect, which is worth popularizing and using.
