Abstract：Severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)is a kind of acute abdomen disease with danger disease and high rate of mortality.Pathogenesis of SAP is a complex and multiple factors involved process.At present,the definitive pathogenesis is not fully understood.In recent years,a large number of studies have shown that hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)plays an important role in the treament of SAP.The influence of HBO treatment on SAP is reviewed in this paper.
