Abstract:Objective To observe the differential expression of various immunohistochemical antibodies in different types of lung cancers,to explore their value in the differential diagnosis of various types of lung cancer,and to find the most cost-effective immunohistochemical antibody combination.Methods A total of 78 patients with lung cancer diagnosed by lung biopsy from October 2013 to May 2015 were enrolled in this study.Immunohistochemical staining was performed to observe the expression of immunohistochemical antibodies in lung cancer.Results High expression of p63,p40 and CK5/6 were in lung squamous cell carcinoma,Napsin A and CK7 were in high expression in lung adenocarcinoma,and TTF-1,CgA,Syn and CD56 were in high expression in small cell lung cancer and neuroendocrine carcinoma.Conclusion The expression of immunohistochemical antibodies plays a key role in the typing of lung cancer.Rational application of immunohistochemical antibodies is beneficial for clear lung cancer classification and guidance of clinical work.
