Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of 1%Atropine Sulfate Eye Gel in the treatment of juvenile low myopia.Methods A total of 220 patients(440 eyes)with myopia or myopic astigmatism in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control group (110 cases/220 eyes)and observation group (110 cases/220 eyes),the control group was treated with spectacles,while the observation group was treated with 1%Atropine Sulfate Eye Gel,the intraocular pressure,diopter,eye axis,corneal curvature and naked eye vision of the two groups were compared before and after treatment for 1 week,1,2,3,6 months and 1 year.Results The diopter of the observation group after 1,2,3,6 months and 1 year treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The eye axis of the control group was longer 1,2,3,6 months and 1 year after treatment than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The diopter of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 1,2,3,6 months and 1 year after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The ocular axis of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group 2,3,6 months and 1 year after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion 1%Atropine Sulfate Eye Gel is effective in treating juvenile low myopia.It can effectively improve the diopter and axial changes of juvenile myopia.It is simple and feasible,and has high clinical value.
