氟桂利嗪单用及联用血塞通治疗老年偏头痛患者的效果比较分析

摘要目的研究氟桂利嗪单用及联用血塞通治疗老年偏头痛患者的疗效比较分析，为老年偏头痛的治疗和恢复提供有效的治疗方法。方法选取2015年8月～2016年12月在我院接受治疗的80例老年偏头痛患者作为研究对象。使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组，每组40例。对照组患者使用氟桂利嗪进行治疗，研究组患者使用氟桂利嗪联合血塞通进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗后出现的不良反应、治疗前后头痛症状改变情况（包括头痛评分、持续时间、发作次数）。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。对照组和研究组患者治疗后的头痛评分均低于本组治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。对照组和研究组患者治疗后的偏头痛持续时间短于本组治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.0.5）。对照组和研究组患者治疗后的偏头痛发作次数少于本组治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的头痛评分、持续时间、发作次数比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗后，研究组患者的头痛评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组患者的偏头痛持续时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组患者的偏头痛发作次数少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论氟桂利嗪联合血塞通对老年偏头痛的治疗效果明显优于单独使用氟桂利嗪对患者进行治疗，并且未出现明显的不良反应，具有很好的治疗效果。

Abstract：Objective To study the comparative analysis of the efficacy of single using Flunarizine and using Flunarizine combined with Xuesetong in the treatment of elderly migraine patients and to provide effective treatment for the treatment and recovery of senile migraine.Methods A total of 80 cases of elderly migraine patients receiving treatment in our hospital from August 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group of 40 patients with a random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with Flunarizine,and the study group were treated with Flunarizine combined with Xuesetong.The treatment effect,adverse reaction after treatment and the change of headache symptoms before and after treatment(including headache score,duration and number of attacks)were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the control group and the study group,the scores of headache after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The duration of migraine after treatment in the control group and the study group were lower than those of the group before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.0.5).The number of migraine attacks in the control group and the study group were less than those of the group before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant difference in headache score,duration and number of attacks between the two groups(P＞0.05).In the study group,the scores of headache after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The duration of migraine after treatment in the study group were lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The number of migraine attacks in the study group were less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Flunarizine on the treatment of senile migraine was significantly better than that of the patients treated with Flunarizine alone.And there was no obvious adverse reaction and it has very good therapeutic effect.
