维生素C联合盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊治疗复发性口腔溃疡的效果

摘要目的探究维生素C联合盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床应用效果及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取2016年4月～2017年4月我院收治的140例复发性口想溃疡患者作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（70例）和观察组（70例）。对照组患者采用常规的维生素C进行治疗，观察组患者采用维生素C联合盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊治疗。对比分析两组患者的治疗总有效率以及T淋巴细胞阳性（CD3+）、辅助性T淋巴细胞阳性（CD4+）、抑制/杀伤性T淋巴细胞阳性（CD8+）、CD4+/CD8+各项指标的变化情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者的CD3+水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的CD4+与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。观察组患者的CD8+水平明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的CD4+/CD8+水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论维生素C联合盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果显著，有助于溃疡愈合，提高患者的免疫功能，值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of application of combination of Vitamin C and Ranitidine Hydrochlorlde Capsules in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer(ROU)and its influence on the patients'immune function.Methods Altogether 140 cases with ROU who were treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the subjects of this research,and divided into the control group (70 cases)and the observation group (70 cases)according to the random number method.Patients in the control group were treated with Vitamin C,while the patients in the observation group were treated with the combination of Vitamin C and Ranitidine Hydrochlorlde Capsules.The total effective rate and the changes of various indexes of the two groups,such as T lymphocyte positive (CD3+),auxiliary T lymphocyte positive(CD4+),suppressor/cytotoxic T lymphocyte positive(CD8+)and CD4+/CD8+were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The post-treatment CD3+level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).There was nostatistically significant difference in CD4+between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).The CD8+level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The CD4+/CD8+level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Application of combination of Vitamin C and Ranitidine Hydrochlorlde Capsules achieves significant effect in the treatment of ROU,conduciveness to ulcer healing and improvement of patients'immune function,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
