复合氨基酸-铁、锌、铜配合物的合成及其抗肿瘤抗菌生物活性研究

摘要目的将铁、铜、锌与复合氨基酸反应生成配合物，并研究三种配合物的抗肿瘤抗菌作用。方法采用MTT法测定复合氨基酸及其配合物对A549、HepG2的IC50；采用倍比稀释考察配合物对沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌的抑制作用。结果复合氨基酸、铁配合物、锌配合物、铜配合物对A549的IC50分别为268.6、200.9、193.7、162.8 μmol/L，对 HepG2 的 IC50分别为 183.8、132.3、136.8、98.5 μmol/L；对沙门菌的 MIC 分别为 1.00、0.50、0.50、0.50 mg/ml，对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC分别为0.50、0.25、0.25、0.25 mg/ml，对大肠埃希菌的MIC分别为1.00、0.50、0.50、0.50 mg/ml。结论三种配合物抗菌抗肿瘤活性均优于复合氨基酸。

Abstract：Objective To prepare complexes of iron,copper and zinc with complex amino acids,and to study the antitumor and antibacterial effects of the three complexes.Methods The MTT method was used to determine the IC50of the complex amino acids and their complexes on A549and HepG2,and the inhibitory effects of the complexes on Salmonella,Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were investigated by double dilution.Results The IC50of A549were 268.6,200.9,193.7 and 162.8 μmol/L respectively,and IC50for HepG2 were 183.8,132.3,136.8 and 98.5 μmol/L respectively.The MIC of Salmonella were 1.00,0.50,0.50,0.50 mg/ml respectively,and MIC for Staphylococcus aureus were 0.50,0.25,0.25 and 0.25 mg/ml respectively,and the MIC of Escherichia coli were 1.00,0.50,0.50 and 0.50 mg/ml respectively.Conclusion The antibacterial and antitumor activities of the three complexes are better than that of the compound amino acids.
