Abstract：Objective To analyze the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions(ADR)caused by antibiotics,reduce the incidence of ADR and promote rational clinical use of drugs.Methods A total of 103 cases of ADR caused by antibiotics in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were collected,the basic information of the patients(sex and age),the types of antibiotics involved,the route of administration and the main clinical manifestations were analyzed.Results Among 103 cases of ADR caused by antibiotics,there were more males(61.17%)than females(38.83%).Elderly patients over the age of 61 years old were more common (40.78%).There were 8 types and 18 varieties of antibiotics involved,among which cephalosporins ranked first(32.04%)and followed by quinolones(24.27%).The incidence of ADR was highest(94.17%)by intravenous infusion(94.17%).It mainly involves skin and its appendages.,the main clinical manifestations are rash,papules,pruritus,flushing,etc.Conclusion ADR caused by antibiotics is related to many reasons.Medical staff should pay attention to and regulate the behavior of clinical medication,rational use of drugs,and ensure the safety of patients with medication.
