Abstract:Objective To explore the role of pregnant women′s school in relieving the psychological pressure of gestational diabetes.Methods Ninety-six gestational diabetes patients admitted to our hospital from January to November 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 48 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given nursing by the school model for pregnant women.The nursing satisfaction,the incidence rate of complication,anxiety,depression score,sleep quality score and life quality score of the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.901,P=0.005).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety score,depression score,sleep quality score and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the anxiety score,depression score,sleep quality score and life quality score of the observation group were all better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pregnant school nursing model can effectively relieve the psychological and physiological state of the pregnant patients and reduce the risk of complications.It has a higher clinical value.
