Abstract:Cervical cancer(CC)is one of the most common malignant tumors in the female genital tract. For patients with early CC,surgical is the preferred treatment, and synchronous radiotherapy is often selected for patients in the middle and late stages.Diffusion weighted imaging (DWI)is an imaging method to observe the microscope motion of the living water molecules. It is of great significance in the diagnosis of CC,clinical staging, evaluation of curative effect and monitoring of recurrence as one of the common noninvasive methods. This article is a systematic review of the application of DWI in CC.It also points out the advantages and disadvantages.Expected to provide guidance for more accurate and individualized diagnosis and treatment programs for patients with CC.
