Abstract:Objective To study and analyze the clinical nursing strategies in the treatment of cervical cancer patients by radiation therapy. Methods From January 2015 to October 2017,62 cervical cancer patients in our hospital were selected as experimental subjects. All patients were performed with radiation therapy. They were divided into research group and reference group by computer randomization. In the reference group (n=31),regular care was used, while in the research group (n=31),a comprehensive nursing intervention model was adopted. The nursing satisfaction, occurrence of complications, and anxiety and depression scores before and after nursing in the two groups were comapred. Results After statistical comparison and analysis, there was no significant difference in anxiety scores or depression scores before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the anxiety score and depression score in the research group were both decreased, which were superior to those in the reference group (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the research group was 96.77%,which was higher than that in the reference group accounting for 77.42%,which was displayed a statistical difference(P<0.05).The tatal incidence of complications in the research group was 9.68%,which was lower than that in the reference group (35.48%)in statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cervical cancer undergoing radiation therapy, active cooperation of comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve patient′s acceptance on nursing service and reduce the incidence of complications, which has an excellent nursing value, and is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
