Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life,mastery of health knowledge and drug compliance in patients with hepatitis.Methods Forty patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to June 2017 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received general intervention,while patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention,and the quality of life,health knowledge and medication compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of mastering health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication compliance of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life in patients with hepatitis,enhance the mastery of health knowledge and medication compliance,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
