Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the effect of grading management strategy in community hypertensive patients.MethodsA total of 120 patients with hypertension from January to December 2014 in our hospital′s jurisdiction community were selected as the research objects, and were divided into regular group and graded group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The routine group implemented the routine management strategy, while the graded group implemented the grading management strategy. The blood pressure control and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in blood pressure level between the two groups before management(P>0.05).The blood pressure level of the two groups was lower than that of the control group, and that of the grading group was lower than that of the routine group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The effective rate of blood pressure control in the graded group was higher than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in QOL scores between the two groups before management (P>0.05).The QOL scores of the two groups after the management were higher than those before the management, and the grading group was higher than that of the routine group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe classification management strategy is effective in the implementation of hypertension patients in community. It can obviously improve the effect of blood pressure control and the quality of life.It is worthy of recommendation and application.
