Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of clinical emergency treatment method in patients with chronic congestive heart failure. Methods Altogether 50 patients with chronic congestive heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into the control group (25 cases)and the study group (25 cases)according to the different treatment method. The control group was treated with routine hospitalization therapy, while the study group was treated with emergency treatment method. The therapeutic effect and the related indexes before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(82.00%)with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of diastolic pressure index, systolic pressure index and heart rate before treatment between the two groups (P>0.05)and there was no statistically significant difference of diastolic pressure index, systolic pressure index and heart rate after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The average treatment cost of the study group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical emergency treatment applied in patients with chronic congestive heart failure can obviously improve the clinical treatment effect and can significantly improve the blood pressure and heart rate of patients, and significantly reduce the cost of treatment, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
