Abstract:Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing in preventing pressure sores in stroke patients. Methods The clinical data of 64 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 and needed to be on bed rest were selected as the subjects, and retrospectively analyzed.32 cases with evidence-based nursing care were taken as the observation group.32 cases with routine nursing were taken as the control group. After nursing intervention, the incidence of pressure ulcers,Braden score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed,in order to explore the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing. Results The incidence rate of pressure ulcer of the observation group (3.13%)was significantly lower than that in control group (15.63%),with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The Braden score of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group and their family members(93.75%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(65.63%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in stroke patients who are in need of clinical nursing of bed rest, can significantly reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients and their family members, which is suitable for clinical application.
