Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic titanium clip combined with Epinephrine Injection in the treatment of non-varicose upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods 32 patients with non-varicose upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the object and they were randomly divided into the control group and observation group using the computer random number grouping method, and there were 16 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given simple endoscopic Epinephrine Injection treatment, while patients in the observation group were given endoscopic titanium clip combined with Epinephrine Injection treatment. The total effective rate, immediate hemostasis rate, hemostasis time, defervescence time,re-bleeding rate, the incidence of adverse reaction and quality of life score were compared in patients between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and the immediate hemostasis rate of the observation group were higher than those of control group (P<0.05).The hemostasis time and defervescence time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05).The re-bleeding rate was 0 in the observation group, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (25.00%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The score of quality of life in all aspects of the observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Eendoscopic titanium clip combined with Epinephrine Injection in the treatment of non-varicose upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage has a significant effect, and it can effectively stop bleeding and remove fever, reduce the occurrence of rebleeding and adverse reactions, and improve the quality of life of patients.
