Methods 100 patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were selected.Patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table, and each group had 50 cases.Observation group was conducted with evidence-based - human nursing, control group was conducted with routine nursing. Two groups were followed up for 1 month, and the activities of daily living and action capacity, sequela situation, total hospital stay, blood pressure control when discharged and nursing satisfaction in two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the activities of daily living and action capacity in two groups was better than before intervention(P<0.05),and the activities of daily living and action capacity in observation group was higher better the control group(P<0.05).Followed-up for 1 month after discharge, the ratio of aphasia, dysarthria and limb movement disturbance in observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The total hospital stay in observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05),the mean arterial pressure in observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),and nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based-humanized new nursing model can obvious shorter hospital stay in patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction, improve patients′prognosis and enhance nursing satisfaction.
