循证-人性化新型护理模式在高血压脑梗死患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨循证-人性化新型护理模式在高血压脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法选择2013年1月～2015年6月我院收治的高血压脑梗死患者100例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各50例。观察组实施循证-人性化护理，对照组实施常规护理。两组均随访1个月，比较两组日常生活能力及活动能力、干预后存在的后遗症情况、总住院时间、出院时血压控制情况和护理满意度。结果干预后，两组的日常生活能力和活动能力优于干预前（P＜0.05），且观察组的日常生活能力和活动能力优于对照组（P＜0.05）。出院后1个月进行随访，发现观察组患者存在失语、构音障碍及肢体运动障碍的比例低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组总住院时间短于对照组（P＜0.05），出院时平均动脉压低于对照组（P＜0.05），护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论针对高血压脑梗死患者实施循证-人性化新型护理模式，能显著缩短住院时间，改善患者预后，提高护理满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based - humanized new nursing model in patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were selected.Patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,and each group had 50 cases.Observation group was conducted with evidence-based - human nursing, control group was conducted with routine nursing.Two groups were followed up for 1 month,and the activities of daily living and action capacity,sequela situation,total hospital stay,blood pressure control when discharged and nursing satisfaction in two groups were compared. Results After intervention,the activities of daily living and action capacity in two groups was better than before intervention（P＜0.05）,and the activities of daily living and action capacity in observation group was higher better the control group（P＜0.05）.Followed-up for 1 month after discharge,the ratio of aphasia, dysarthria and limb movement disturbance in observation group were lower than those of control group（P＜0.05）.The total hospital stay in observation group was shorter than the control group（P＜0.05）,the mean arterial pressure in observation group was lower than the control group（P＜0.05）,and nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than the control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based-humanized new nursing model can obvious shorter hospital stay in patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction,improve patients′prognosis and enhance nursing satisfaction.
