Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone treating missed abortion in patients after dilatation and curettage. Methods 150 patients with missed abortion given dilatation and curettage received by our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected.Patients were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method.Patients in control group were given routine antibiotics to anti-infection after dilatation and curettage.Patients in study group were given adjuvant treatment of sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone on the basis of routine anti-infection.Postoperative incidence rate of intrauterine adhesions,vagnal bleeding time and endometrial repair situation（endometrial thickness and return time of menstruation）was compared in patients between two groups. Results Incidence rate of intrauterine adhesions in study group （3.8％）was obviously lower than that of control group（16.7％）,and the difference was statistical significance（P＜0.05）. Vagnal bleeding time had no statistical difference between two groups（t＝-1.0834,P＞0.05）.Endometrial thickness in study group was obviously bigger than that of control group,and return time of menstruation in study group was shorter than that of control group,and there was a statistical difference（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone treating missed abortion in patients after dilatation and curettage has better clinical curative effect.It can fast and effectively recovery endometrium.It is suitable for clinical popularization and application.
