Abstract：Objective To exp1ore the app1ication and effects of hea1th education intervention in materna1 pregnancy care again with c1inica1 scar uterus.Methods 132 materna1 pregnancy again with c1inica1 scar uterus of our hospita1 from Apri1 2014 to March 2015 were divided into group A and group B according to number random method,and each group was 66 cases.Patients of two groups were given routine nursing and hea1th education intervention respective1y.The nursing effects of two groups were observed.Results After system hea1th education,vagina1 tria1 production rate in group B was 63.63％,which was 37.88％in group A,and there was statistica1 significance between two groups（P＜0.05）.Cesarean section rate of group B was 1ower than that of group A（P＜0.05）.Puerpera1 b1eeding vo1ume,newborns Apgar score,hospita1 stay,hospita1ization expense and newborns weight in group B was obvious better than that of group A respective1y（P＜0.05）.The rate of postpartum infections and nursing satisfaction between group A and group B was respective1y 22.73％,78.79％and 7.58％,96.97％,and the difference was statistica1 significance（P＜0.05）.Conclusion For materna1 pregnancy again with c1inica1 scar uterus,system hea1th education can enhance rate of vagina1 de1ivery and improve outcomes of materna1 and chi1d.
