Abstract：Uretera1 endometriosis is a rare disease in a hidden onset and without specific symptoms in c1inic.It is difficu1t to make a diagnosis at an ear1y stage，and usua11y 1eads to rena1 function damage.Waist and abdomina1 pain is a common c1inica1 symptom.Imageo1ogy p1ays an important ro1e in disease diagnosis.Definite diagnosis is through patho-1ogica1 examination.Surgery is an effective way to treat the disease.The operative method is depended on patho1ogica1 1ocation，range，and depth.From January 2013 to November 2014，2 patients with uretera1 endometriosis were admitted into our hospita1.They were both performed with surgeries.One patient was provided with partia1 excision of ureter and uretera1-b1adder reimp1antation，and the other case was treated by partia1 excision of ureter and ureteroureterostomy.After surgery，the c1inica1 symptoms in both patients were gone，and hydronephrosis was a11eviated.During one to two years fo11ow up visits，uretera1 endometriosis was no recurred.The surgica1 effect was satisfactory.
