Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of pre-hospital care in the patients with acute cerebrovascular disease. Methods 128 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease who were admitted to our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were randomly assigned to the experiment group(68 patients, given first aid before admission)and the control group (60 patients, not given first aid before admission).Retrospective analysis was applied to comprehensively evaluate the clinical curative effects of two groups of patients 3 months after admission. Results The effective rate of treatment in the experiment group(91.2%)was significantly higher than that of 73.3%in the control group with significant differeace (P<0.05);the score of Barthel index and FMA score in the experiment group and control group were significantly increased compared before admission (P<0.05);the length of stay in the experiment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01);the incidence rate of complications in the experiment group(7.4%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.0%)(P<0.05);the morality rate in the experiment group(2.9%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.3%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-hospital care is able to effectively improve the clinical curative effects of acute cerebrovascular disease and improve the prognosis, which is of favorable clinical application value.
