Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of standard hematoma removal decompressive craniectomy in treating severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 600 severe craniocerebral injury patients from June 2005 to May 2014 of our hospital were selected.Patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table, and each group was 300 cases.Patients in control group were used routine temporoparietal craniectomy, and patients in experimental group were used standard hematoma removal decompressive craniectomy.General data in two groups was collected. The GCS score of 300 study objects at admission,1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks after admission were observed. The complications in two groups were compared. Results After standard hematoma removal decompressive craniectomy, the GCS score in experimental group with obvious rising trend, and the value at admission,1 week after operation,2 weeks after operation,3 weeks after operation and 4 weeks after operation were respectively (5.53±0.32),(12.88±0.56),(12.93±0.87),(13.09±0.75),(14.03±0.45)scores,and the differences were statistical significance when compared with control group (P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in experimental group was obvious lower than control group, and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Using standard hematoma removal decompressive craniectomy in treating severe craniocerebral injury transition can improve prognosis of patients in some degree, and provide good basis for subsequent treatment, decrease the chances of disability and death and with good clinical popularize and application value.
