Abstract:Objective To explore the expression level and clinical significance of serum cystatin C(Cys-C),homocysteine(Hcy),and the ratio of triglyceride(TG)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods From January 2014 to November 2014,164 hospitalized patients in department of endocrinology,in Xinhui People′s Hospital of Jiangmen City, were recruited.According to the ratio of urinary albumin and creatinine (ACR),they were divided into negative urinary albumin group(n=106),micro-urinary albumin group(n=36),and macrourinary albumin group(n=22).The concentration of Hcy,Cys-C,and TG/HDL-C ratio were compared in each group. Results Among 164 patients, male cases were 92 accounting for 56.1%.The levels of serum TG/HDL-C ratio,Hcy and Cys-C levels were elevated by increase of lnACR,they were(3.9±1.1)vs(1.9±0.7)vs(0.8±0.4);(32.2±5.8)vs(22.7±0.5)vs(8.8±0.4);(2.7±0.3)vs(1.5±0.5)vs(0.5±0.1),with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of serum Hcy,Cys-C,and TG/HDL-C ratio in patients with DN are greatly increased with the increasing of ACR and joint test plays an important guiding significance on early-detection of DN.
