卡维地洛、美托洛尔对慢性充血性心力衰竭心功能等指标的影响

摘要目的研究卡维地洛和美托洛尔分别用于慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的治疗对患者心功能和其他临床指标的改变情况，为今后临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2013年1月～2015年3月来到我院就诊并进行治疗的CHF患者共120例进行研究。根据治疗药物的不同将其分为卡维地洛组（n=60）和美托洛尔组（n=60），卡维地洛组患者均采用卡维地洛进行治疗，美托洛尔组均以美托洛尔作为治疗药物。比较两组用药前后的心功能等级、左心射血分数（LVEF）、左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDd）以及脑钠尿肽（BNP）等指标的不同。结果用药后两组的心功能分级、LVEDd均低于用药前，LVEF高于用药前，卡维地洛组用药后的心功能分级、LVEDd低于美托洛尔组，LVEF高于美托洛尔组，差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。　结论在CHF患者的临床治疗中，卡维地洛的临床效果优于美托洛尔，且对心脏功能改善的作用更好，值得在今后临床上推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To study the heart function and other c1inica1 index change situation of Carvedi1o1 and Metopro-1o1 respective1y in treating chronic congestive heart fai1ure and to provide reference for c1inica1 in the further.Methods 120 chronic congestive heart fai1ure patients from January 2013 to March 2015 of our hospita1 were se1ected.Patients were divided into Carvedi1o1 group（n=60）and Metopro1o1 group（n=60）according to different treatment drugs.Patients in Carvedi1o1 group were given Carvedi1o1 and patients in Metopro1o1 group were given Metopro1o1.Cardiac function 1eve1，LVEF，LVEDd and BNP in two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment，the cardiac function 1eve1 and LVEDd in two groups were 1ower than pretreatment，but LVEF higher than pretreatment；the posttreatment cardiac function 1eve1 and LVEDd in Carvedi1o1 group were 1ower than Metopro1o1 group，the LVEF higher than Metopro1o1 group，and the differences were statistica1 significance　（P＜0.05）.Conclusion In the c1inica1 treatment of chronic congestive heart fai1ure，the effects of Carvedi1o1 are better than Metopro1o1 and with better improvement in heart function.It is worth to popu1arize and app1ication in c1inica1.
