Abstract:Objective To study and compare the c1inica1 effect of Rifapentine and Rifampin in the treatment of pu1-monary tubercu1osis.Methods From January 2013 to June 2015 in our hospita1 for tubercu1osis patients,100 cases of tubercu1osis patients were random1y se1ected as the research object,and the patients were divided into the contro1 group and the observation group by taking the toss of a coin method,each group had 50 cases.The contro1 group was given Rifampin,the observation group was given Rifapentine.The patients of two groups were treated for 6 months,after the treatment,the sputum bacteria turn rate,tota1 absorption,cavity c1osure rate,1esions and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The sputum bacterium turns shade rate,cavity c1osure rate and tota1 absorption rate of the observation group was 86%,82%and 96%respective1y,which were significant1y higher than that of the contro1 group of 68%,64%and 80%(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 8%,which was significant1y 1ess than that of the contro1 group of 24%(P<0.05).Conclusion Rifapentine and Rifampin are two kinds of common1y used anti tubercu1osis drugs,but the c1inica1 efficacy and safety of Rifapentine compared with Rifampicin is more significant.
