Influence of Tirofiban on cardiac function and hs-CRP in acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction patients after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the influence of Tirofiban on cardiac function and inflammatory factors in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (ASTEMI)after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).MethodsA total of 80 cases of patients diagnosed ASTEMI and treated with PCI surgery from October 2013 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.Clopidogrel and Aspirin were used for anti-platelet aggregation and Low-Molecular-Weight Heparin was used for anticoagulation in the control group.Tirofiban was used through coronary injection during the PCI surgery in the observation group.The levels of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),B type natriuretic peptide(BNP),high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)before and after the treatment in the two groups were observed,the blood flow grade of myocardial perfusion and adverse reactions were comparedbetween the two groups.ResultsThe levels of hs-CRP and TNF-α after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The level of LVEF after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,the level of BNP after treatment in the observation group was lower than that of the control grouper treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the classification of myocardial perfusion and blood flow,the incidence of bleeding events(P>0.05).ConclusionTirofiban has a significant effect in improving the cardiac function and inflammatory response after emergency PCI for ASTEMI,which is safe and reliable and worth promoting.
