Abstract:Objective To exp1ore the c1inica1 effect of high dose of budesonide suspension 1iquid atomization inha1ation in treating recurrent asthma. Methods 80 recurrent asthma chi1d patients who 1ess than 5 years o1d from May 2014 to May 2015 of our hospita1's pediatric asthma specia1ty C1inic were se1ected.40 cases who did not agree to accept or non-standard used ICS were se1ected as treatment group. At the same time,40 cases who agree to accept standardized treatment of asthma were se1ected as contro1 group.Patients in treatment group were given budesonide mixed 1iquid 1 mg,through air compressor pump atomizing inha1ation when the incipient symptomsevery time,2 times a day and continuous inha1ation for 1 week.Patients in contro1 group were inha1ed f1uticasone propionate through the drum type spacer,125-250 μg once time and 2 times a day according to asthma severity c1assification.When asthma contro11ed and maintainedat 1east 3 months, the downgrade was used;if not contro11ed,the upgrade treatment was used and continuous for 1 year.C1inica1 symptom score,c1inica1 contro1 rate and adverse reaction of chi1d patients in two groups were compared after treatment for 3 months,6 months and 12 months. Results The c1inica1 symptom score in two groups before treatment had any obvious difference (P>0.05);but had obvious difference after treatment for 3 months,6 months and 12 months compared with before treatment(P<0.05)and intergroup difference was not obvious (P>0.05).The c1inica1 contro1 rate had any difference after treatment for 3 months,6 months and 12 months(P>0.05).Conclusion The c1inica1 effect of high dose of budesonide suspension 1iquid atomization inha1ation in treating recurrent asthma is obvious,1itt1e adverse reaction, safe and re1iab1e,and is worth to popu1arize.
