Abstract：Objective To exp1ore the c1inica1 effect of aeroso1 inha1ation of bec1omethasone suspension in the treatment of acute attack of mi1d to moderate asthma in chi1dren.Methods 76 chi1dren patients with acute attack of mi1d to moderate asthma in our hospita1 from March 2014 to March 2015 were se1ected and random1y divided into the research group and the contro1 group，38 cases in each group.The research group was given aeroso1 inha1ation of bec1omethasone suspension conbined with terbuta1ine su1phate so1ution for nebu1ization，the contro1 group was given aeroso1 inha1ation of budesonide combined with terbuta1ine su1phate so1ution for nebu1ization.The curative effect was compared in the two groups.Results The score of c1inica1 symptom and physica1 sign after treatment in the different time periods in the two groups was 1ower than that before treatment，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in the score c1inica1 symptom and physica1 sign after treatment in the different time periods between the two groups （P＞0.05）.There was no significant difference in the comp1ete remission rate of symptom and disappearance time of symptom and sign between the two groups（P＞0.05）.No adverse event was detected in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Aeroso1 inha1ation of bec1omethasone suspension in the treatment of acute attack of mi1d to moderate asthma in chi1dren has equa1 effect with aeroso1 inha1ation of bec1omethasone suspension，it is worthy of c1inica1 promotion and app1ication.
