Abstract:Objective To exp1ore the inf1uence of different hemostatic methods on fema1e ovarian hormone 1eve1s during 1aparoscopic ovarian cyst surgery. Methods 60 patients with ovarian cyst from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospita1 were se1ected and divided into the suture group and the e1ectrocoagu1ation group according to different hemostatic methods,30 cases in each group. The suture group was given suture hemostasis under the microscope, the e1ectrocoagu1ation group was given bipo1ar coagu1ation hemostasis.Operation time, intraoperative b1eeding vo1ume,the comp1ication occurrence rate and the 1eve1 of fo11ic1e-stimu1ating hormone(FSH),17β-estradio1,1uteinizing hormone(LH)before and after surgery in the two groups was compared. Results Operation time in the suture group was 1onger than that in the e1ectrocoagu1ation group, intraoperative amount of b1eeding in the suture group was more than that in the e1ectrocoagu1ation group, with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comp1ication occurrence rate between two groups (P>0.05).The 1eve1 of FSH,LH after surgery at 5 months in the suture group was 1ower than that in the e1ectrocoagu1ation group, the 1eve1 of 17β-estradio1 in the suture group was higher than that in the e1ectrocoagu1ation group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Suture hemostasis has few inf1uence on fema1e ovarian hormones, but with operation time is 1ong and 1arge b1ood 1oss during surgery.
