Study the changes of cellular immunity and humoral immune function in children with hand-foot-mouth disease in EV71

Abstract:Objective To study the changes of cellular immunity and humoral immune function in children with handfoot-mouth disease in EV71.Methods 60 hand-foot-mouth disease children with EV71 infection who received diagnostic hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were randomly selected and divided into light(group A)and heavy (group B)according to"Hand-foot-mouth disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines (2010 version)",and then 30 healthy children to the hospital for medical examination from January 2014 to June 2015 were randomly selected as control group(group C).The three sets of blood lymphocytes(Th cells,Ts cells,B cells),expression the level of serum inflammatory mediators(TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10)expression levels,differences in serum immunoglobulins(IgA,IgG,IgM)and complement levels(C3,C4)skill were observed.Results①Blood lymphocyte expression levels:the Th cells,Ts cells express terms in group A and group B was significantly lower than that of group C,in terms of expressing B cells was higher than that of group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②The expression level of serum inflammatory mediators:the expression levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 in group A and group B was significantly higher than that of group C respectively,and group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).③The level of serum immunoglobulin and complement levels:the level of IgA,IgG in group A and group B was higher than that in group C,and group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).The difference of the terms IgM among the three groups was not statistically significant.The levels of C3,C4 in group A and group B was significantly higher than that of group C,and group B was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion EV71 hand-foot-mouth disease infection child presenting cell and humoral immune function abnormalities,and have some correlation with children′condition to detect serum markers associated help improve the quality of clinical prognosis.
