Abstract:Objective To analyze the nursing intervention on improving diabetes treatment compliance of clinical effect. M ethods 90 patientswith type 2 diabetes from March 5 2014 to July 9,2015 in our hospital were selectedm,by a random number tablemethod these 90 cases were divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group. Controlgroup of patientswere given routine nursing,nursing group of patients on the basis of conventialnursing a targeted nursing intervention,the clinical effectof two groups ofafter nursing intervention and treatmentadherencrwere compared. Results Nursing group patient satisfaction rate of 91.1%,was significantly higher than 73.3%of patients,the data between the two groupswas statistically significant(P<0.05);treatment group was 97.8%compliance,fasting blood glucose (6.3±0.9)mmol/L,2 h postprandial blood glucose(8.4±1.0)mmol/L;the control group was 64.4%compliance,fasting blood glucose (7.8±0.6)mmol/L,2 h postprandial blood sugar(9.2±1.1)mmol/L;contrast found in compliance with treatment,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood sugar and other aspects of care group than the control group,the difference of the two sets of data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention is an effective improvement to improve diabetes treatment compliance program,which effect is remarkable,and worthy of further study widely.
