Abstract:Objective To evaluate the applicationmethods and clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in patientswith ectopic pregnancy.M ethods 80 patientswith ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the control group.80 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the experimental group,and evidence-based nursing intervention was imposed while receiving conservative treatment in hospital.Results Depression,anxiety and other negative emotionswere significantly improved in the experimental group.Compared with the control group,the cure rate of the conservative treatment(93.75%)was significantly higher than that in control group (76.25%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can reduce the negative emotions and pain of patients with ectopic pregnancy,which also improves the patient′s cure rate,the patient′s serious degree and the enthusiasm of coordination as well as the quality of nursing.Moreover,during the evidence-based nursing in patients,nurses can find and analyze problems,and make reasonable improvements so as to further improve nursing level and work ability of nursing staff.
