Abstract:Objective To explore the application value ofmonosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside in improving nerve function defect in patientswith cerebral infarction.M ethods 80 cases of cerebral infarction in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pyrazole raschig on the basis of the routine treatment,the treatment group was treated with monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside on the basis of the routine treatment.The treatment effect,improvement degree of brain nerve function defect score before and after treatment,the time of brain nerve function index return to normal and total treatment time,the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the two groupswas compared respectively.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 92.5%,which was higher than 72.5%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The score of brain nerve function defect after treatment in the two groupswas lower than thatbefore treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of brain nerve function defect after treatment in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference(P<0.05).The time of brain nerve function index return to normal and total treatment time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect ofmonosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside in improving nerve function defect in patientswith cerebral infarction is significant.
