Abstract:Objective To explore the changes of the level of PCT and hs-CRP and diagnosis value in patientswith acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods 60 cases of COPD from October 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital were studied and divided into the acute exacerbation group and the stable group according to the patient′s condition,30 cases in each group.30 healthy people were selected as the control group.The PCT levelwas detected by chemiluminescencemethod for quantitative determination,the hs-CRP level was detected by rate than the scattering turbidity.The numerical level of CT and hs-CRP in each group was compared,and the AECOPD patients and the relationship of the above description was obversed.Results The level of PCT and hs-CRP in the acute exacerbation group was higher than that in the stable stage group and the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The level of PCT and hs-CRP in the stable stage group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The level of PCT and hs-CRP in the AECOPD infection group was higher than that in the uninfected group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion PCT and hs-CRP test for diagnosis of AECOPD infection in patients has high diagnostic value,it isworthy of clinical promotion and application.
