血清降钙素原、C反应蛋白在儿童社区获得性肺炎病情评估中的应用观察

摘要目的研究血清降钙素原、C反应蛋白水平测定在社区获得性肺炎疾病患病情评估中的应用价值。方法选择2014年4月～2016年4月我院收治的细菌性社区获得性肺炎和病毒性社区获得性肺炎患儿各50例，同时抽取同期在我院接受健康体检的同龄健康者50例，分别设为研究1组、研究2组、对照组。采用酶联免疫比浊法对三组研究对象的血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白水平进行测定，并比较三组血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白水平检测结果阳性人数。结果研究1组血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白水平明显高于研究2组和对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究2组血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白水平测定对社区获得性肺炎疾病患儿的病情评估具有一定的临床价值。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the application value of level determine of serum calcitonin original and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the evaluate of community-acquired pneumonia disease.MethodsFifty children with bacterial community acquired pneumonia and 50 children viral with community-acquired pneumonia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected,while 50 healthy people with the same age at the same period in our hospital accepted physical examination were selected,they were defined as the study group 1,study group 2 and control group.Levels of serum calcitonin original and CRP of the three groups were determined by enzyme-linked immune turbidimetric method,and the test results of three groups of several indicators and number of test results positive were compared.ResultsLevels of serum calcitonin original and CRP of study 1 group were significantly higher than those of the study 2 group and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);levels of serum calcitonin original and CRP were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).ConclusionLevels of serum calcitonin and CRP have certain clinical value in severity evaluation of children with community-acquired pneumonia disease.
