Abstract:Objective To explore the relations between adiponectin(ADPN),Homocysteine(Hcy)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)with the essential hypertension. Methods 245 patientswith essential hypertension(hypertension group)and 180 healthy subjects(control group)were collected in cardiovascular departmentof our hospital from July 2014 to March 2016.Blood pressure was evaluated by sphygmomanometer,ADPN and Hcy levels of serum were detected by ELISA,hs-CRP levels of serum weremeasured by turbidimetry.Results Blood pressure,Hcy and hs-CRP levels of serum in hypertension group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01),but the level of ADPN in Hypertension group was(8.01±3.93)mg/dl,lower than(13.48±3.34)mg/dl in control group(P<0.01).Level of serum ADPN in each hypertension group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),level of serum ADPN between gradeⅠhypertension group and gradeⅡhypertension group had no statistical difference(P>0.05).Level of serum Hcy had statistical difference among all groups,with the grade increase of blood pressure group,the level of Hcy was significantly higher than that of the latter group(P<0.05).Level of serum hs-CRP had no statistical difference between gradeⅠhypertension group and control group,other two groups compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in hs-CRP level between gradeⅠhypertension group and gradeⅡhypertension group (P>0.05),which in gradeⅢ hypertension group was significantly higher than that in other groups (P<0.05).Conclusion ADPN,Hcy and hs-CRP level of serum are closely related to hypertension.
