Abstract:Objective To explore the significance of the relationship between detections of plasma catecholamine and 5-hydroxytryptamine and type A behavior in patientwith coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods From January to December in 2015,60 CHD patients admitted into our hospitalwere selected as research objects.According to patients′behaviors, they were evenly divided into group type A group and type B group, which were corresponded with type A behavior of CHD and type B behavior of CHD.The level of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, the concentrations of 5-hydroxytryptamine,epinephrine,and norepinephrine were detected. Results At premise of the same cardiac function, the concentrations of 5-hydroxytryptamine,epinephrine,and norepinephrine in group A were greatly different from those in group B,which were displayed statistical differences(P<0.05).In type A group, the rate of ventricular premature beat was 33.33%,much higher than thatwas 6.67%of the type B group, which was displayed a statistical difference after intergroup comparison(P<0.05).There was difference in the level of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system among patients with different cardiac functions(P<0.05).The higher the cardiac function was,the higher the level of renin-angiotensinaldosterone system became. Conclusion Detections of plasma catecholamine and 5-hydroxytryptamine can provide reliable and objective experimental basis for diagnosis and treatment of type A behavior of CHD.
