Abstract:Objective To compare the indocyanine green and methylene blue sentinel lymph node biopsy in breast cancer clinical effect,clinical breast cancer sentinel lymph node biopsy performed provide a basis. Methods 128 cases patients with breast cancer from January to August 2015 were treated in our hospital for the study,according to the order of treatment numbers,and were digital randomly assigned into 64 cases of observation group and 64 cases of the control group.The observed group was used indocyanine green as a tracer tracer sentinel lymph node surgery looking ipsilateral upper outer quadrantof the breast area of real-time imaging of lymphatic drainage,photographs and mark the position of the body surface,re-modified radical mastectomy,and routine axillary lymph node dissection(ALND),after sentinel lymph node biopsy and axillary lymph node;the control group was used methylene blue as a tracer tracer sentinel lymph node,intraoperative blue dye to look for lymph nodes,remove themark sent to pathological examination,re-modified radicalmastectomy and ALND,after sentinel lymph node biopsy and axillary lymph nodes,sentinel lymph node metastasis detection and axillary lymph nodes were the same or not.Result s The group of 64 patients,sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLN)detection rate of 95.31%,a total of 157 successfully detected SLN,2.57 per average number of detected cases,the sensitivity was 93.33%and the accuracy 96.77%false negative rate was 6.67%;the control group of 64 patients,SLN detection rate of 89.06%,a total of 127 successfully detected SLN,the average number of cases detected in 2.23,the sensitivity of 85.19%accuracy 92.98%,the false negative rate was 14.81%.The sensitivity of observation group was higher than that of the control group,the false negative rate was lower than that of the control group,the differencewas significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Indocyanine green tracer as a tracer for sentinel lymph node biopsy has success rate,false negative rate,the clinical effect is better than methylene blue,which is expected to be applied individually to sentinel lymph node biopsy.
