Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of detection of ultrasound combined with ankle brachial indexes in diabetic vascular lesions. Methods 100 patients with diabetes in our hospital from September 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research group, all patientswere diagnosed by coronary angiography. The detection results of coronary angiography was selected as the control group, the ABI testwas used as the observation group. The inner diameter of posterior tibial artery and foot dorsal artery, the formation of atherosclerotic plaques and the proportion of stenosis and occlusion was compared between the two groups.Additionally, the positive diagnosis rate by using ultrasound in combination of ABI values was analyzed. Results The inner diameter of posterior tibial artery and foot dorsal artery in the observation group was larger than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the proportion of formation of artery plaques, stenosis and occlusion between the two groups (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive diagnosis rate and negative diagnosis rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound combined with ABI can effectively determine the diameter of the lower limb artery, especially in the diagnosis of themorphological changes of the lumen of the artery, the positive diagnosis rate is higher.
