三阴性乳腺癌中Lin28B的表达和临床意义

摘要目的探讨三阴性乳腺癌中Lin28B的表达情况及其临床意义。方法选取2008年1月～2013年12月我院收治的三阴性乳腺癌96例患者为观察对象，采用免疫组织化学方法检测癌组织和癌旁组织中Lin28B蛋白的表达，分析Lin28B蛋白表达与三阴性乳腺癌患者病理特征的相关性。结果癌组织Lin28B的阳性率为70.8%，在癌旁组织Lin28B的阳性率为29.2%，两者的阳性率差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；Lin28B蛋白表达与三阴性乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤分期和月经状态无关（P>0.05），但与患者的肿瘤分化程度、远处转移、淋巴结转移、Ki67表达成正相关（P<0.05）。结论Lin28B的表达与三阴性乳腺癌的发生、发展有关，可能影响病情的发展和患者的预后。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the expression of Lin28B in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)and its clinical significance.MethodsFrom January 2008 to December 2013,96 patients with TNBC treated in our hospital were selected as observation objects.The expression of Lin28B protein in cancer tissue and para-carcinoma tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method in order to analyze the correlation between Lin28B protein expression and pathological characteristics in patients with TNBC.ResultsThe positivity rate of Lin28B from cancer tissue was 70.8%and in para-carcinoma tissue,its positivity rate was 29.2%,which was displayed statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no relationship between Lin28B protein expression and age,the stage of tumor,and the condition of menstruation of patients(P>0.05).The expression of Lin28B protein was positively correlated with tumor differentiation degree,distal metastasis,lymph node metastasis,Ki67 expression(P<0.05).ConclusionThe expression of Lin28B is related to the occurrence and development of TNBC,and may affect the development of disease and prognosis of patients.
