Abstract：Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Xinkeshu Tablet in combination with Deanxit in treating coronary heart disease（CHD）withmild tomoderate depression and anxiety.Methods 80 cases diagnosed with CHD complicated withmild tomoderate depression and anxiety of patients admitted in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the research object，and were randomly divided them into control group（n=40）and treatment group（n=40）.The control group was treated with routine western medical therapy，at the same time，the treatment group was treated by Xinkeshu Tablet on the basic treatment of the control group.The change of clinical symptoms of two groups after treatmentwere observed.Results The clinical symptoms of angina pectoris in the two groups of patients were improved，the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA）and depression scale（HAMD）score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group （P＜0.05）.Conclusions Xinkeshu Tablet can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with CHD，and better control the depression，anxiety，and has no obvious adverse reaction，is conducive to comprehensive rehabilitation of patients，which isworthy of clinical promotion.
