Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical feature of primary squamous carcinoma of ureter.Methods The clinical data of 1 case of perinephric fat，ureteral broken end，renal biopsy sections withour cancer was reviewed.Patient with cancerwas sporadic and had a history of ureteral stones.Results Postoperative pathological examination showed a highly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of the ureter，which was infiltrated into the lamina.Conclusion For patients with a long-term of chronic stimulation such as calculior inflammation，squamous cell carcinoma of ureter should be alerted.
