Abstract：Objective To investigate the classification method and clinical significance of spiral CT in diagnosis of the severity of renal injury. Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of renal injury were collected from April 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital for examination and treatment as the object of study.50 cases with renal injury were included in the study，the patients were given spiral CT in bilateral renal，the classification method and clinical significance were investigated.Results 50 patients，the results of spiral CT scan were consistent with the clinical，the diagnostic accuracy was 100%.Among them 26 patientswith renal contusion，14 patientswithmild renal laceration，9 patientswith renal full thickness laceration，1 patientwith renal artery injury，4 patients with combined with other types of damage.Conclusion Spiral CT has a rapid，accurate diagnosis rate，trauma and other advantages，in the renal injury severity of clinical diagnosis and can provide objective imaging evidence for clinical diagnosis of renal injury，is very important for the diagnosis of renal injury，and on renal injury in the clinical treatmentand prognosis.
