Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical value of Multi slice spiral CT 3D imaging in the diagnosis of styloid process syndrome.Methods106 styloid process syndrome patients from March 2016 to January 2017 of our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table methods,53 cases in each group.The observation group was used Multi slice spiral CT 3D imaging and the control group was used CT imaging.The detection results between the two groups was compared.ResultsThe detection rate of styloid process in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The clinical coincidence rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the error value of styloid process length, the error value of inclination angle,the error value of anteversion angle in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionUsing Multi slice spiral CT 3D imaging can improve the check accuracy of styloid process syndrome effectively,and should be popularized in clinical use.
